T1 Wheel Loader Scale

The T1 Wheel Loader Scale is a weigh on the move hydraulic wheel loader scale that is distributed in the USA & Canada by SCI. Self installable with a 1 year warranty. With the optional Cloud Database, data collected by the scale can be sent to the Cloud. As well the Cloud can send in real time new production orders to the scale using the installed Cell SIM card. The completed production order confirmation will be sent in real time back to the cloud database with the user supplied SIM card.

The innovative K008 bluetooth transmission module allows a direct and constant control of the loaded material and the details of the job such as customer, material, vehicle ID, operator, etc. through an Android App for smartphone or tablet. All weighing data and production databases can be transmitted via serial or can-bus line to the on-board computer or directly in-cloud on external devices, maintaining control and management of productivity and safety of your machinery.

The T1 Wheel Loader Scale ships with a rugged IP65 rated tablet as the display. The scale data is sent to the tablet using a wireless bluetooth module. The user can buy the scale with the option of proximity sensors or inclinometers that will trigger the weighing cycle. With the optional cloud database, users can send a new job to the scale, identifying the customer name, material and quantity to load. Once the job has been loaded into the truck the scale will send a message back to the cloud confirming that the load has been completed. The T1 Loader Scale is designed to work on all makes and models of articulated wheel loaders.
