The ADT Scale provides you with the capability to manage loaded weight in your articulated dump truck.  The ADT Scale is a great tool to manage productivity, track materials, projects, individual load weight, cumulative load weights, etc.

System features include:
  • Typical error +/- 3% of machine capacity.
  • Users have the choice of the E.T 3.5" color display or the Envision Evolution 5.7" color display.
  • The 5.7" display system is an advanced system that can can provide data logging, real time communication with the scale and remote data access sending system data to our database.
  • Additionally the 5.7" display provides advanced features for tracking materials, vehicle/license plate #, operators, projects, etc.​
  • An optional onboard ticket printer is available.
  • ​The ADT Scale reads the hydraulic pressure from the lift cylinder when the dump box is lifting using pressure transducers.
  • The system comes with 1-pressure transducer & 1-fitting adaptor to house the pressure transducer.
  • ​Optional in-cab printer for 3.5" & 5.7" systems
  • Load weighing can be a critical part of your preventative maintenance program by preventing excessive weights and the excess wear that this creates.
