The system has been designed to work on mini excavators on up to large excavators.

The T1 Digger Excavator Scale 

​​The T1 Digger Excavator Scale is the new concept of on-board weighing and productivity management for mini to large size excavators.

The innovative K008 bluetooth transmission module allows a direct and constant control of the loaded material and the details of the job such as customer, material, vehicle ID, operator, etc. through an Android App for smartphone or tablet. All weighing data and production databases can be transmitted via serial or can-bus line to the on-board computer or directly in-cloud on external devices, maintaining control and management of productivity and safety of your machinery.

Installing a T1 Digger Excavator Scale controller power switch to the excavator dashboard & battery.
When calibrating the T1 Digger Excavator Scale, the excavator must either be on top of a high pile-mound that allows for the boom and stick to be fully extended. Alternatively you would dig a deep hole so you can fully extend the boom and the stick as seen in this picture below.
This video continues with the calibration doing fast lifts to warm up the Hydraulic oil.
