Offshore & Hazardous Area Load Monitoring System

Scale and Control Inc. offers the Rayco-Wylie i4507 Offshore & Hazardous Area load monitoring system, designed for offshore and hazardous area environments. This system can monitor load through the use of a line tensiometer (linerider) on the crane's wire rope, or load pins or dead-end load cells. The load values, along with A2B, windspeed, angle, and other options are then viewed on the i4507 Display. This display is available as a safe cab (pictured) or explosion proof (EX) option.

Rayco-Wylie I4507 Offshore System

  • The i4507 is available in 3 sizes for a safe cab application: 4.3”, 7” or 10”. The EX display is available in a 7” size only with an optional EX enclosure

  • A2B switch integration for Anti-Two-Block monitoring
